Admin/Ops Assistant needed in Boon Lay! (Mandarin-Speaking)
We are looking for a responsible individual to perform simple daily tasks such as:
-Open Invoices for customers
-Take customer orders via phonecalls or otherwise
-Arrange logistics for deliveries and oversee collection of goods from factory
-Receive and account for incoming goods
-Help out with miscelleneous tasks such as taking attendance of workers etc.
Experience is good but not required, an individual with a good attitude to learn is more important. All races are welcome! Prefer Sg/PR due to foreign worker quota.
You must be able to:
- Speak Mandarin and English
- Be punctual
- Be responsible
- Be honest
- Do simple math (as you will be dealing with invoices and cash)
Please take note:
- Work will be from 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and 7am to 12 noon on Saturday. (5.5 days)
- Lunch is PROVIDED by the company from Monday to Friday.
- Candidates who live near Boon Lay would be the best
- Salary: from $1600 to $2000 depending on experience
